About the Role: As Business Area Manager, you will be responsible for our entire fuel and material technology business area. You will lead and drive the organization by developing business opportunities and relationships, identifying new market segments, and contributing to our growth. Your role is crucial to our strategic direction, and you are expected to be a key player in helping us reach new heights.

Who Are You?

  • You have extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in technically advanced or regulated industries such as energy, medicine, or aviation.
  • You are a strong communicator and a skilled leader who thrives in both international and operational environments.
  • You have experience with profit and budget responsibility and are motivated by leading change and building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry or another highly regulated industry is particularly advantageous.
